Over the period the daily average was €182.82 per MWh (about US$204.63). Slovakia’s electricity came mainly from nuclear (66%), gas (11%), hydro (11%), bioenergy (5%) in 2025; how much gas sets the marginal price is a large part of why prices differ across Europe.
